Returns Policy

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging will be returned to Rich.Exclusive. We will then refund the order amount as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order.
